Achievement

Two IGERT faculty developed and completed a proposal writing class for second year IGERT students focused on writing a proposal in concert with MSU IGERT faculty mentors to further develop professional skills in writing, oral communication, building scientific rationale, discovery and hypothesis testing. All students completed an individual proposal after several rounds of editing and improvement, and several of these will form the basis for Ph.D. proposals or fellowship submissions.
