Trainee wins Best Paper award at World Haptics conference

Trainee Brian Gleeson won a Best Paper award at the 2009 World Haptics conference for his paper describing a tactile feedback device using skin stretch to communicate directional cues to a user. Such a device can provide valuable feedback in situations where visual or auditory cues might create a distraction.
