Achievement

The second cohort of IGERT fellows also have presented at conferences and have their work in review or published this year. They used the journal tutorial club meetings to educate each other on their research as it is evolving, including time in the lab, to give the group an in-depth perspective to each others research. This lab experience is then tied into the Communication in Science experiences, as students video tape their meetings for use in outreach activities.
