Trainee presents on freeze-cast titanium foams
IGERT Fellow, Jordan Weaver, participated in the 2011 Fall MRS Meeting in Boston, MA. There, Jordan gave an invited oral presentation regarding his research on a new class of materials: freeze-cast titanium foams. Jordan's research accomplishments were also recognized with an honorable mention in the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP) competition.
