Pharmaceutical Process Development course organized for FDA

The PI, professor Muzzio, responded to an invitation from the US Food and Drug Administration and organized a course in Bethesda on "Advances in Pharmaceutical Process Development" which attracted 45 FDA representatives and 20 industrial members. The course, which was sponsored by 5 companies, offered a compilation of research results that included the work of many IGERT trainees and associate fellows, including Braido (modeling of dissolution), Engisch (pharmaceutical feeders), Vasilenko (pharmaceutical powder flow), Brown (microdosing of nanosuspensions), Romanski (estability of nanosuspensions), Holt (microdosing of nanosuspensions), etc.
