Achievement

Another outstanding trainee is Zachary Miles from the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry. Zach is a second year Ph.D. students working under the guidance of Dr. Vahe Bandarian. Zach is currently working on the discovery and characterization of enzymes involved in the biosynthesis of RNA modifications. He recently published a paper in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS) and is currently working on another manuscript that will soon be submitted to Science.
