Achievement

To provide additional open-forum discussion of recent trends in stem cell science, the Stem Cell IGERT Journal Club was established in 2010. This Journal Club meets monthly to discuss articles chosen by the fellows. All articles chosen are designed to be broader impact articles addressing overarching issues that are cross-disciplinary and can impact the research of any of our fellows, no matter their project topic, type of cell lines used, or discipline. Of late, articles relating to stem cell policy on the national and international levels have also been discussed.
