Biointerfacial Characterization course

A graduate course on Biointerfacial Characterization is one of the unique legacy courses of the IGERT Program on Biointerfaces that was adapted to serve as a foundational elective for the IGERT on Stem Cells. The PI, Prof. Moghe has directed the course during the Spring 2011 semester. A series of new lab modules and demonstrations of biointerfacial techniques relevant to stem cells were introduced including high content imaging, fluorescence resonance energy transfer, and raman spectroscopy. The course encouraged interdisciplinary projects on two complementary techniques related to biointerfaces.
