Trainee submits patent application
Bennett Meulendyke a trainee in the first cohort submitted a patent application based on his IGERT research. The IGERT program activities and interactions directly contributed to a stronger application. Feed back from our science advisory board both scientific and legal (a patent attorney) helped him to refine his ideas and approach.
