He has studied resting state brain activity using diffuse optical tomography; the development of local and global networks in the brain using functional connectivity; and functional connectivity in Tourette's syndrome. He has been an author in this reporting period on articles in the journals Brain, PLOS Computational Biology, and NeuroImage.
