Achievement

IGERT-Lifechips trainees continue to plan and host the Lifechips seminar series on an average of once a month. These seminars attract big crowds of many people including all Lifechips fellows, graduate students, faculty members, researchers, etc. They come from backgrounds of Engineering, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, etc. The speakers' presentations cover their established or current research and findings. The program's goal is to offer the fellows different visions from researchers who have been in the research fields for a very long time and hopefully the fellows will be inspired and more innovative in their research. This achievement will be discussed further as a highlight.
