About Me

My interest in rivers and water resources began early in my career when I worked as an outdoor guide on various rivers throughout the United States. My academic background has included a B.S. in Anthropology and a M.S. in Geospatial Sciences-Applied Fluvial Geomorphology. For the previous five years I have worked as a regulator of the Clean Water Act for the City of Springfield, Missouri dealing primarily with land disturbance activities and urban stormwater issues. I am currently a Ph.D. student in Environmental Resources and Policy looking to further hone my knowledge and skill sets concerning water resources.
