About Me
My lab is interested in prenatal development and we use embryonic stem cells to study early stages of growth and differentiation. We are developing new methods for mining data from time lapse videos using video bioinformatics tools. We are applying these tools to the development of assays that can be used to monitor normal development and the effects of environmental chemicals on development.
