STEM Girls Smell Agrobacterium at the CREATE-IGERT Lab
After viewing Agrobacterium in a plate (shown), and observing the different stages of tissue regeneration from transgenic plant callus tissue, the girls were invited to smell the Agrobacterium shake flask cultures…and most were suitably repulsed!
