2013 NSF IGERT Video and Poster Competition: Spread the Word!
Description:
The 2013 NSF IGERT Video and Poster Competition will be live May 21st to May 24th! Please help get the word out, both through word of mouth and through your social networks, to ensure that your colleagues access the site and participate. Be sure to get members of your IGERT signed up as IGERT.org members to cast their 4 “Community Choice” votes.
While this is a competition, it is also a fantastic way to disseminate the cutting edge research being conducted across IGERT programs, and a powerful vehicle for colleagues to learn from each other, discuss research, and make connections. There is a continued emphasis on public engagement, as the public is invited to post to discussions and vote for a public choice award by ‘liking’ on Facebook.

Please go to this page and ‘share it’ on Facebook, and share it with your family, friends, and colleagues. Invite them to browse the videos May 21st to May 24th and post to the discussions as well as vote.
Please note that Community Choice and Public Choice voting will close at 10 PM EDT on Thursday, May 23rd. All winners (based on the judging and voting) will be posted online on Friday, May 24th.
