Achievement

Antoine Ho, an INCBN IGERT Trainee, was the first author on a paper published this year that addressed a biochemical variation on sequencing. The paper also contained a significant component of data analysis that was made possible by having Antoione's co-advisor provide resources of computation - including hardware and staff. Antoine expects to be a co-author on another paper this year, although in a more minor capacity, as a biologist consultant for a piece of sequencing alignment software.
