Achievement

Eric O'Rear taught Farm Management Accounting lab. James Moore, Wei-Chang Yang, Bryce Walker and Chuck Hages each gave lectures in the Advanced Solar Energy Conversion course. Erik Sheets and Dharik Mallapragada gave lectures in the Systems Analysis of Energy Production course. They were all coached to prepare the material for their lectures. The instructor spent a considerable amount of time training each trainee in the art of how to deliver a good lecture and be effective in teaching. Each trainee also received feedback regarding their performance and how to increase their effectiveness from the attendees as well as the course instructor. In addition, Bryce Walker, Kevin Brew, Erick O'Rear, Chuck Hages and Nathan Carter were semester long teaching assistants in various courses. Bryce Walker was also enrolled in a course titled 'Education Methods in Engineering'.
