Projects Share
Projects Share is a place for members to share their work and ideas with others in the IGERT community and beyond. IGERT graduate students and faculty can utilize a live webinar to present research, host online speakers, conduct lab meetings with off-site attendees, participate in reading group discussions, and more.
Create a Projects Share event using the live webinar tool
A webinar is an online presentation tool that allows you to:
- share your webcam so your audience can see and hear you live
- share computer microphones with three other people
- use a free audio conference call line
- include up to 100 participants
- share files and/or presentations (e.g., PDFs, PowerPoint slides)
- use a shared whiteboard
- navigate to a website
- share your desktop
- chat with your participants
Who can participate?
These Projects Share events can be as public or as private as you’d like; You may search for and invite individual members who are doing similar research, or you may choose to keep the event open to all interested IGERT members. You may invite groups with whom you are affiliated, members from specific projects, and colleagues who are not associated with the IGERT program.
