About Me

I currently work in the BioIngredients Industry, exploiting Genomic technologies and platforms to understand how microbes used as Food Ingredients: (1) carry out fermentation processes; (2) survive exposure to viruses; (3) provide health benefits to human consumers.

With academic backgrounds in Chemistry (BS), Engineering (MS), Food Science (MS) and Genomics (PhD), and a diverse cultural path (originally French, spent 7 years in North Carolina, spent the last five years in the MidWest), I leverage my diverse profile to carry out projects in an international, multi-disciplinary and team-oriented setting.
