May 5: Judges complete judging rubrics by 10 PM EDT;
Members chat with presenters 1 PM - 4 PM; Community Choice voting closes at 10 PM EDT
May 6: Twenty-four finalists announced
May 25: Finalists present posters at NSF; awards presented
