Achievement/Results

Jenna Bednar, Yan Chen, and Scott Page’s work with IGERT students which was separately funded by the NSF was chosen as an NSF highlight. This was an HSD grant that supplemented our IGERT grant. The work was on cultural diversity and how it can influence institutional performance. Thus it is EXACTLY what we proposed to do as part of the IGERT.

Address Goals

This is the kind of research — combining mathematical, experimental, and computational methods to explore institutional performance that motivated our IGERT grant.
